At Van Rysel, we are committed to ensuring every cyclist is satisfied with their gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Van Rysel account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and technical manuals, into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
